Description: white porcelain with 24 kt gold trim. It has several motifs of strawberries, grapes, cherries, and nuts. This pattern has no name. More of the high quality, translucent porcelain coming from Bohemia. One piece. This piece is not positively identified. It is assumed that it was made by Fine Bohemian China. Even though it is not positively identified, it is a very nice pattern. I have seen other complimentary pieces on eBay.
Factory: It is reported that Fine Bohemian China was made by "Bohemia" Ceramic Works. The factory was founded in 1921 in Nova Role, Czechoslovakia (formerly Neurohlau, Bohemia, Austria). From 1922 to 1945 Philip Rosenthal AG of Selb, Bavaria was a significant partner. The factory was merged into Karlovarský Porcelán in 1958, and it is still in operation as a division of Thun Karlovarský Porcelán AS Závod Nová Role.
If you want to learn more about this factory you can find it on my web site on the Marks table Part I.
